What are the benefits for a Chrismont Wine Club Member?
No. There is no joining fee to join the Chrismont Wine Club. You simply need to purchase the minimum commitment required for your club level to keep your membership active.
Chrismont Wine Club - A minimum of one dozen wines in each of your two selected delivery seasons. A Minimum of two (2) dozen wines annually. Commitment selection delivery season choices:

Autumn
Winter
Spring
Chrismont Premium Club - A minimum of one dozen wines in each seasonal quarter. A Minimum of Four (4) dozen wines annually delivered in the months listed below.

You choose your own selection, whether a straight 12 wines of one variety or a mixed dozen. Or we can choose them for you. Select your wines through your online account, over the phone or by email.
You can find tasting notes, current vintage releases, exclusive wine club releases and any other relevant information through our wine store on the website at shop.chrismont.com.au/Buy-Wine or submit a contact us form online with your questions and we will get back in touch with you.
Your benefits commence once your first dozen wines (or your first commitment case) has been purchased. This applies when joining at the cellar door or online. If you join online your first selection as chosen will be processed for delivery once your application has been received.
Your credit card will only be debited in the despatch season of the packs you have selected as part of your club membership.
Notification will be made by email to you prior to any wine despatch, prompting you to make any updates required to your wine selection, delivery address and/or payment details.
We will also notify you of the approximate date we intend to process your credit card for delivery.
Our club memberships are ongoing and cancellation is not permitted before your first 12 months or your club membership minimum commitment is met. (Minimum 2 dozen). Cancellation requests must be received by email, phone or in person at our cellar door.
Wine club memberships can be paused for a delivery, or for a maximum of 12 months at the discretion of Chrismont Wines. Requests must be received prior to any wine club despatch date.
Yes. We ask you to provide a selection upon signing up to the wine club of your choice, or based on your sign up purchase that we will process to your provided payment details on or around the date specified.
You will be notified by email at least twice (2) before we process the selection chosen on your membership profile. We ask you to make any changes required during this time before processing your selection for delivery.
If you have not met your annual commitment, we will process your selection as per your membership profile, and despatch to your address as listed.
