International Day of the Chef!

Chef is a profession that has been around since the beginning of time. So it seems fitting there’s an international day of recognition, being today, 20 October.

Head Chef, Mahesh took over the top reigns in early 2022 after joining us in 2018. An incredible chef (as so many of our diners know), Mahesh is passionate about flavour and is a very focused, patient leader. The ideal Head Chef!

Guri is our quiet achiever - exceptionally talented and with a lot to showcase, We can’t wait to see what magic Guri continues to bring to the kitchen.

Dipan and Naresh our our newest additions, having just started their adventure in Oz. Both have previously worked with Mahesh and were excited by the opportunity to work together again. Each brings amazing international and luxury hotel experience to the kitchen - and a double dose of cheeky humour!
